How Can Pregnancy Be Confirmed?

I missed my periods by 7-8 days. Last period came on 7th Feb and when today I made pregnancy test using pregnancy kit it turns negative, only 1 line coming on device. I tried Dettol test at home and it comes positive, based on tips given on internet.Urine and dettol get separated. I am confused now. Is there any other test thru which I can confirm my pregnancy. We are trying to have baby, but I was having PCOD problem, so I already taken 3 months of medicine to regularize my period and from then onwards I am having regular period with 2-3 days difference. Could you please suggest can we take sonography test to confirm my pregnancy.

Hi, I think you can do a blood test for pregnancy that is called as serum bhcg test. It will confirm if you are pregnant or not. Ultrasound can also be done to confirm the pregnancy. If there is no pregnancy, you might not have ovulated this month. You can take some medicines like meprate or deviry for inducing periods.
