How Can Plantar Ectopic Dermatitis Be Treated?

Hi Doctor, my younger sister is diagnosed with Plantar etopic Dermatitis . very critical state effected on both legs and heel & soles and also on fingers and hands. Severe scrating, bleeding very worst situation. She is on Homeo medication now. Please let me know is there any permanant treatment for the problem.

Yes, there is permanent cure for planter ectopic dermatitis.
Oral steroids (methylprednisolone) in 1mg/kg dose is mainstay of treatment.
Local application of steroid cream (mometasone) is very effective for itching.
Oral levocetrizine 5mg twice daily is also beneficial.
Since all these are prescribed medications, you should definitely consult dermatologist for these.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
