How Can Pimples On The Face And Buttocks Be Removed?

Hi doctor, I m having quite serious pimples outbreak on my face and buttock and also it seems to me my pores are bigger compare to the past. I usually doesn t have pimples on my face. Also some sort of like dry flake rashes on appearing on my face at hairline area, eye brows and beside the nose area which doesn t goes off. It all happen 2 years ago after a family trip. Initially the dry flake rashes comes and goes off, I thought it s just sensitive issue as I have sensitive skin, but recently for about 6 months or so, I ve noticed the dry flake rashes doesn t goes off and it got little worse. Kindly please advice me on my issue. Thank you

As a first line management you can try drugs like Clindamycin lotion for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
