How Can Persistent Pain In The Legs While On Gabapentin Be Treated?
I am taking gabapentin 100mg for the pain that I have in the lower area of my legs. However, at the end of my work day [8hrs] my legs are hurting from mid thigh and calve areas so badly that I have to push myself to take normal steps. What should I do?

Hi,
The pain is not related to Gabapentin.
The symptoms are more likely suggestive of vascular causes like a peripheral vascular disease.
Consult a general surgeon and get done a Doppler scan.
As of now, analgesics like Tramadol for pain relief.
