Hello,

Rabeprazole is effective in treating gastritis, gastroesophageal reflux disease, stomach ulcers etc. I would suggest you Pantoprazole if you have no relief with Rabeprazole.

However, is important you have a fibrogastroscopy done so you may learn if gastritis is at the same level it has been years ago or if it has progressed to more severe disease such as a gastric ulcer.

Te relief poor digestion it is better to avoid foods that trigger stomach pain. Also, pancreatic enzymes such as Creon may ease symptoms but first consult with your family doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
