How Can Perianal Disease Be Treated?
My younger brother is suffering from Perianal disease as told by docter. Actually he is having a crack in anus opening area, due to which he is having pain and cozz of pain he got high fever. I want to know the chances to cure disease by medicine of surgery. Also how long it take to cure with medicine.

He might be having an anal fissure. All these symptoms will not get subsided with any medication.
Kindly, get the surgery done to repair the fissure area or else these infections can spread deep inside and pains a lot more, and there is no other solution for it.
