I have perforation in both ear drums. Right ear has a dry perforation & the left one is wet with the discharge of pus & blood clots. Wound is created on the inner walls of the ear(left ear) .when I tried healing the wounds by topical application of antibiotic creams & oral intake of Amoxicillin agumentive ,the wound gets healed discharge stops but starts few days after discontinuation of the drug. History being I had this problem of pus discharge from both the ears from my childhood. On the advice of ENT specialists I was given Tetracycline hydrochloride continuously for years.One day perforation occured in one of the ear while sneezing. Again after about 2 years the other ear drum also got perforation. Right ear perforation is dry but that of left ear has become worst.
