How Can Penis Shaft Wrinkling And Glans Dryness Be Treated?

My husband is diabetic and takes metformin. But he just showed me his penis and it is very cracked looking. He said he has been like that for 10 to 15 days. He even said it was worse. He said it started dry like...the tip of it. No pain while urination.

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,

This needs to be seriously looked at by a physician or it may turn life threatening. Were I your physician, I would have got the blood sugar levels under control, and started him on antibiotics, as this looks like an unhealed infection due to poor diabetes control.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sagar Mudgal, Psychiatrist
