How Can Penis Pain Causing Early Ejaculation During Intercourse Be Treated?

Dear Doctor, I have a problem starting about 6 months before. I have been married for 25 years, the problem is that for about six months when enter my penis in vigina of my partner, I feel pain in the penis just before at the rear of penis resulting early ejaculation. Also for the last 3-4 years, I am in problem of early ejaculation and cannot control it. when I start intercourse, at 2 or 3 short, it ejaculate. I tried many medicine, also tried Homeopathy but no fruitful result. Now I feel that my married life is in danger. Kindly help

It can be due to dehydration, hence take more amount of water, take test for renal calculi and ultrasound abdomen and take urine culture since it may be due to urinary tract infection.
