General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for using Healthcare Magic.

I understand your concern.
What you experience can be caused by:
1. Scabies
2. Eczema
3. Genital warts
4. Genital herpes

Consult your dermatologist for a direct examination. Diagnosis and therapy according to the cause will be given.

Recommendations you can take:
-Keep the body and the genital area clean
-Avoid squeezing spots because it can hurt and invite the coming of bacterial infection
-Avoid scratching it, though itchy
-Keep the bed clean and avoid using personal equipment interchangeably
-Use condoms during intercourse
-Your active partner should also go to a dermatologist

Take care.
