strange accurings i am 42 280lbs 6 2 african amer. male. i had noticed a semi wet filmy material around the head of my penis. just under. it was washable but kept returning. my penis was sore and extremely itchy. only upper. i am circumsized. the extra skin was itchy and the front vein at top was red. i noticed small skin breaks. just a few. i basically blew it off as rough sex with my only partner. because it began one night after. but i also noticed a thicker than sperm white substance in the pee hole. i wiped this also but keot returning. this went on abiut 3 weeks maybe. then one dat i noticed small really tiny bumps mostly center along front line up and down shaft and in extra skin. really itchy. didnt have heads. painful to squeeze. thats when i confronted partner to find she had unprotected oral with 4 different guys and unprotected sex once. over a course of 5 yrs. my scrotum has small bumps now. really small no itch. the ones on shaft, head are gone. no white. but front back thighs both hace larger bumps no itch but quite a few spread out not concentrated. i am diabetic. my eyesight is off. i ran a fever yesteday. fatigued. i had weird hard skin on feet no bumps and kinda ruled out syphillis. but remembered a large bump i had on innner thigh scrotum area. and it asp like a half of a plum size. hurt but i popped it and got blood puss. i am scared. can u help me
