Good evening : My 63 year old brother just received a Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer diagnosis with chemo being the only treatment available . Where do we start.? He asked the doctor if he could wait a few weeks before doing anything. Your thoughts pease. Deak

I am so sorry to hear of the sad news,to be very honest , stage 4 cancer of pancreas has very poor outcome, chemotherapy has very little to offer . your idea of delaying treatment is a very good one. I would like he should receive only palliative care.
