General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

You have been diagnosed with acute gastritis condition

For that you are given correct treatment that is omeprazole as per your history

In gastritis to reduce acid secretions any proton pump inhibitor drug can be used

Complete the course of drug for two week

Cooked oatmeal help in soothing stomach

Avoid gastric irritants like....
-Excess tea, coffee
-Smoking
-stress
-non veg

Fruits taken more

High fatty meal restricted

If still no improvement than for H. Pylori investigation done with urea breath test

Take care
