General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query. I undrstand your concern.
Acnae in scalp suggests infection of sebaceous gland in scalp. More possible with oily hairs. Due to excess oil & dust/dirt the pores of glands get blocked to form acnae.
You need frequent washing of hairs with a shampoo for oily hairs./avoid application of oil.
Oral antibiotics d anti inflammatory pills &local application of genyian violate would help.
Consult a skin specialist for specific dosage of medicine.
Thanks
