How Can Pain In The Ribs Be Treated?

I suspect I broke a few ribs on my left side 3 months ago I m still in a lot of pain with it every now and then it has got better, as at first I could not move through the pain I was in bed for 4 days and could not even swallow fluids with the pain being so bad I had to sleep sitting up with pillows behind me , is this normal for it to still be hurting in the middle of my left side and my back in the same area

I understand your concern
You have sever pain and require proper treatment.
I would suggests to consult the near primary care physician and undergo chest X ray and USG scan to rule out the rib fracture and any other internal organ injury.
Following treatment will helpful
Short term use of the tramadol for faster relief of pain.
Tablet ibuprofen after food
Tablet rantac
Apply warm pad application
Local application of volini gel
DO not lies in the affected side.
Elastic crepe bandage to support the respiration.
