How Can Pain Due To Head Injury Be Treated?

I fell last week and punctured my head and banged the bottom of my spine on my sidewalk. I have some stiches in my head but since the fall the bottoms of my feet really hurt when I have been sitting a while or after sleeping...why would this happen and how can I fix it?

Neurologist 's  Response
Hello,
According to me pain in your feet is not likely directly related to head injury. More possibility of direct trauma to foot as a cause of your pain. Is there any swelling in your feet. Second possibility may be injury to spine as you fall on bottom of your spine. This type of injury may cause pain in legs also. i will advice you to consult a neurosugeon/ neurologist to examine you properly and then have imaging of spine or foot as needed.
hope you recover early
