How Can Pain Behind The Knee Be Treated?

I have some dull pain which is located just in the back of my leg just below the bend in the knee. It had subsided but I reaggravated it playing racquetball. I can walk without pain but sometimes when Iam sitting or sleeping I can feel some discomfort

There might be some muscle pull or tendon injury. As of now, take adequate rest and take analgesics like Diclofenac or Acetaminophen. Immobilize the affected limb preferably in a brace. If symptoms persist, consult an orthopedic and get an MRI scan done to rule out ligament injury and tendon involvement.
