How Can Pain And Swelling In The Ankle Be Treated?
A couple of months ago I rolled my ankle and it was swollen and a little bruised ever since I ve been complaining yesterday I banged my ankle and it s now bruised and swollen and it really hurts to walk I ve also been limping a bit should I get crutches or a wheelchair or nothing

You are having ankle sprain problem.
Ankle fracture also needs to be ruled out.
Get investigated with x ray ankle.
To provide ankle stability and to help in reducing swelling wear ankle brace.
Crutches can be used.
Ice applied over affected part.
Avoid direct more weight bearing on affected ankle.
Elevate leg above waist in sleeping position to reduce swelling
