General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms could be due to tendinitis, bursitis, rotator cuff injury. I would suggest to consult orthopedic surgeon and undergo clinical examination, x ray scan and MRI if needed to confirm cause. Following treatment will help you:

- Tablet DAN-MR, Local application of diclofenac gel, Tablet containing seritopeptidase.

Proper rest and application of warm pad. Once pain is relieved, exercise according to physiotherapist will help you.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
