How Can Pain And Heaviness In The Shoulder Be Treated?

I fell from a ladder 5 months ago and fractured & dislocated the end of my clavicle. I had surgery to remove 9mm of bone 3 months ago. I still have problems changing my shirt, and don t have full range of motion. My shoulder aches non stop. Pain is worse with certain movements. Can t sleep on that side yet. When sleeping on opposite side, I wake with my injured arm and shoulder feeling heavy and paralyzed for a couple minutes. Please help

it appears to be frozen shoulder. take x-ray and consult physical rehabilitation doctor for physiotherapy. if does not improve then take inj kenachort intrathicaly, can be repeated after 15days.
