Hi,

According to grade of Osteoarthritis, various treatment options available. You can be prescribed cartisafe D like tablet that can do cartilage repair and help in improvement in Osteoarthritis symptom over the time.

This medicine is not having much side effects. If you have severe degree Osteoarthritis and replacement surgery is not suitable in your case than steroid injcetion into joint can be beneficial.

Kindly mention in which region you are having Osteoarthritis, I have given answer assuming it is at knee or hip joint. Paracetamol can be safe analgesic to take instead of aspirin whenever required.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care

Regards,
