How Can Osteoarthritis And Buritis Be Treated?

I HAVE ADVANCED OSTEOARTHRITIS, TENDONITIS, BURSITIS AND AM RECOVERING FROM MY SECOND HIP REPLACEMENT. I AM IN REMISSION FROM ULCERATIVE COLITIS AND TRY NOT TO TAKE PAIN MEDS ORALLY. MY SPINE HAS MANY BULGING DISCS AND STENOSIS. HAVE TRIED TO GET COVERAGE FOR LIDOCAINE PATCHES WITH NO SUCCESS. ANY IDEAS?

Osteoarthritis is deficiency of calcium deposition in bones.
So you are need to take calcium and vitamin d 3 supplements daily.
Alendronate (PTH hormone) is newer treatment optional first severe osteoporosis. It absorb calcium from the gut and help its deposition in bones.
These drugs also help in bursitis.
Limb physiotherapy to strengthen muscles is also beneficial.
