How Can Opiate Addiction Be Treated?

I have been battling opiate addiction for YEARS. I have been to the standard inpatient rehabilitation programs. A friend recently told me about subutex. I have been scouring the internet for a physician in my area but they only offer suboxone. I have a sensitivity to naloxone. I am desperate to get my life back under control. Where can I turn?
