How Can Numbness In The Ball Of The Foot Be Treated?

I have numbness in ball of foot just under my 2nd & 3rd toes. Doesn t cause a lot of pain, but feels like there is something in my shoe when walking. Went to a food surgeon & he ordered food orthotics to put in my shoes. Doesn t seem to do much for $350. Due to summer weather I haven t worn them constantly due to wearing sandals. I did have a Mortons neuroma in this foot 8-9 years ago & it was corrected with kenalog injection. Before I went to foot specialist this time, I went to family MD & she injected with kenalog and repeated it in 3 months. No improvement noted. I am 5 3 & weigh 117#.

it can be corn oral can be corn or spar for which x-ray is to be taken.corn is to be operated or corn cap can be applied for other reason.Physiotherapy is advised. Take soft padded shoe to get relief. Kenalog is steroid injection is part of physical rehabilitation treatment which may get immediate relief.The injection is to be repeated.
