How Can Nose And Cheek Pores Filled With Pus Be Treated?

im 24 yrs old, 5 9 and smoke cigarettes; non sexually active. it seems like every pore on my nose is filled with puss, if i squeeze it it s like an explosion of nasty gunk from every pore. it also seems like every pore on my cheek that that has hair coming out of it also has puss in it, and it all just comes back over and ovar again. i also have pores at the base of my penis (that hair grow out of) that have puss in them and some of them do not have hair but are small holes that are angled into my skin that have puss in them. there are a few whiteheads on my testicles as well, some of which are impossible to get to release puss so i dont try. should i be worried?

hi..u seem to have folliculitis and comedons..dunt to try to squeeze it out.better use some antibiotics like. cap azithromycin250mg twice daily for 2 to 3 months.apply fusidic acid twice on the affected area.use some salicylic acid face wash for face.avoid spicy and greasy food.use fresh fruits and vegetables take plenty of fluid.thanks.
