How Can Nausea And Fatigue Be Treated?

hello, Currently taking Obimet SR 500mg twice a day as prescribed and I have nausea throughout the day. I feel weak and have lost interest in things. It s hampering my work life and personal life. What should I do? It s been only 4 days after I started taking this medication, 26 days more. Please help History: I was detected with PCOD in October 2017. After which I was given MEPARATE to get periods and I got them. I had to do hormonal tests on day2 of my period which showed high insulin and prolactin. I was told to take Obimet (30days /twice a day) and Cabgolin 0.5mg(once a week for 4 weeks)

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

That is not due to obimet it may be due to cabergoline or other reason because that obimet SR is metformin it doesn't lead to that.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
