Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Where is she hit exactly, dear if she had got hit mid shaft of the humerus or ulnar nerve area at the medial epicondyle then she may feel nerve compression symptoms so need to take rest and pain killer medication may useful. In case of inflammation need steroid to control inflammation. In case of muscle spasm need to take rest and intake of muscle relaxant may useful. Use heat or cold compression relieve the pain. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly. Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
