General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It’s quite difficult to gain muscle mass as his general condition is weak, also due to multiple comorbidities. He can consult a physiotherapist and start stretching exercises which will help a bit to gain weight.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
