Hi,
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
Prolonged menstrual bleeding need detailed evaluation because it could be an
early sign of some gynecological conditions.
I have seen many similar cases in my practice,As a first line therapy we would advice to do an ultrasound and prescribe medicines like hemsyl, trapic and OCP,If everything gets back to normal nothing more needed.Since you are having this problem for 40 days which is quiet long and you should undergo a gynecological consultation.
Homeopathic medicines are generally not effective and do not waste more time by sticking on it.
I suggest you to consult a gynecologist without any delay.Since your endometrial thickness is little bit more (cut of is 11mm) you have to do a repeat USG,and you might also need to do endometrial biopsy or D&C(dilatation and curettage) to rule out rare condition like endometrial cancer. You may also require a hormonal study because imbalance of sex hormones also present like this.
You don't need to worry because this is a common problem and in majority of cases it occurs with out any obvious reason and termed as DUB(Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding).
As of you can use drugs like Trapic or hemsyl to control bleeding.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
