How Can Masturbation And Porn Addiction Be Controlled?
I am 26 years old married male. I love my wife but I'm addicted to watching porn and masturbation. I can't stop it since I was 15 years old although it's destroying me emotionally. I tried sport, reading, focusing on other positive things but all my attempts failed. Please, help me.
