How can lower backache be treated?

I feel lower back pain. I have had X-ray blood work and urine analyzed all normal. I am having some discomfort when I urinate but prostate ok. It feels like my kidneys but pain comes and goes. When I have bowel movement I have lots of discomfort. What would be the cause of this pain?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It can be many things. Pain while voiding your bowels could be constipation, fissure, hemorrhoids, etc. I suggest seeing a gastroenterologist or your family doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
