Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Low libido does not seem to have any relation with the vitamins D. Mostly this is psychological (stress anxiety, etc.) or if you are trying any other drugs. If you really think that your testes size is also shrunken I would suggest you should talk to your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman
