How Can Leg Weakness And Tiredness Be Treated?

I had a blockage stroke in august of 2011, guess it was called a slight stroke. Then in Feb of 2012 I had bike accident in flordia and broke 8 ribs and punctured my right lung. All of that is healed, but since then both my upper legs feel like they are really weak, no matter how much rest or exercise I get, they feel the same everyday, really weak and tired. I do take a statin for, and one for colestrol and allopernoll for gout, and one full aspirin for heart ect. I m 65 years old and think I m in very good health other than the leg weakness.
