How Can Leg Spots With Darkening Be Treated?

hi doctor i have black spots on my leg, s and black spots began to develop now my white leg slowly becoming very dark....and it spread on my whole legs. then i consulted doctor he prescribed me clomic-s cream.......but after using that also no changes was there in my skin?please suggest me doctor
