How Can Itchy Rashes On The Body Be Treated?

About 1 year ago I started with what I ll call hives which are not too itchy usually. I get it daily on all parts of my body. I take Allegra 180 and Zyrtec daily. I have also taken Zantac 150 and xyxal. None of these made a difference. I know that I have Hashimotos and have been told by 3 doctors that isn t the cause. I have checked my TPO levels which are normal. I have also had blood work done to check for auto immune disorders. I also occasionally have chills as well as it feels like my bones hurt sometimes. I am a healthy person otherwise getting my 10000 steps daily very often. Can anyone help me.
