How Can Itching And Burning Sensation On The Penis Be Treated?
Hello Doctor, from few days ,there is a burning sensation,with littlepain and itching at the inner side of the tip of the pineal shaft.This is continuous in nature .After observing there is some redness.I have not consultaed any doctor yet. kindly suggest what should I do. Regards-

from the symptoms you mentioned, it sounds like a case of Balanitis with fungal infection.
You need to keep the area clean and dry and avoid using harsh soaps and avoid friction and condoms until your symptoms have improved.
If symptoms dont improve you will require antifungal ointment with 1% hydrocortisone cream.
