I m wondering if anyone can help, I get about 4-6 hrs of broken sleep. I wake up between 10-20 times roughly. I m getting a lot of lucid dreaming, and sleep paralaysis every morning. For about 8months now. I wake up with short breath after a few hrs and it gets shorter and shorter the longer I try and sleep. I have depression and anxiety but this is messing with me a lot. To the point I don t know how I can live like this. I can t focus at work. No dr has given me any answers yet. I wake up feeling zoned out and short breath can last from a few hrs - all day. I ve tried awareness and breathing excersizes. Can anyone help?!
