How Can Infertility Be Treated?

hello doctor, i m 31years old,tried pregnancy for one year,didnt concieve,did seven iuis,concieved with second but miscarriage at 1 and half month,did one ivf ,no pregnancy,i got my periods at 45th day.....my ovulation and husband semen analysis very normal....can i concieve normally if i try or should i go for second ivf......

Hi, I think if you are ovulating normally, you can get pregnant naturally also. Track your follicles growth by repeated ultrasound and when follicle is more than 17 to 18 mm, take injection for rupture of follicles. Be in contact with your husband for 2 to 3 days after the injection. Take progesterone for next 2 weeks after rupture is confirmed on ultrasound. Do a urine pregnancy test after that. You can try like that for 3 to 6 cycles. If it doesn't work, then you can go for IVF.
