How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Hell.i have been trying to conceive since august 2016 but no luck..so im thinking of trying pregnacare or some famous brand.im 26 and my hubby is 27.we desperately need a child..i cant help but think its me who cant conceive i dont know why.if i afforded i could go get checked......which fertility pills do you recommend

Hi, I think if your periods are regular, you can try for 4 months more. Be in contact with your husband every 2 to 3 days after your periods stop. It will increase chances of your pregnancy. If you have any problems, you should get yourself evaluated. Do a thyroid profile and prolactin levels and a ultrasound for your uterus and ovaries. If anything is abnormal, it can be treated. You can go for ovulation induction with clomiphene and a timed intercourse.
