How Can Infected Dog Bite Wound Be Treated?
I have been bitten by stray dog...hand and leg Taken my rabies shots only one left to go Leg woond was supposed to be stiched... When removing stitch its still infected and open I have already taken a heavy courxe of antibiots... Dr told me to put fucidine twice a day on wood.. All around woond is hard and bruised

I have gone through your query. Dog bite is not primarily sutured to avoid virus to reach central nervous system. lt is managed to be healed secondary. A consultation with general surgeon is well appreciated for proper dressing and wound toilet.
