sir i m22yr old guy, few days back i was suffered from chicken pox .. now masks remain in my face , chest , shoulder .. during that time i used neem paste on my body. sir how i can out come of this problem plz suggest me 2 remove my masks it irritates me a lot.. if any cream available in the market plz suggest me..

Please dont rub those marks or dont try to peel out its crusts. welcome to healthcare magic.The scars of pox are actually v difficult to go.Best way to minimise them is, leave them untouched, not try to peel them or else.applying paste of sandalhood (red) stick is of help to some.Do not shave unless the lesions completely gone.Have more of vitamin A & C, which is lot good for ur skin.so take more of fruits n veggies enriched with these

you can apply ' nisha tail (oil) / yashtimadhu oil / kumkumadi tail (oil)
before bath . Use ayurvedic ubatan powder for bath.
one more thing i want to draw your attention towards is ,according to ayurveda this disease produces pitta vruddhi (increased pitta dosha or heat ) so this heat if remain in body ...it can cause some other ill effects in body .
i will suggest you to start ' paripathadi kadha' liq 3 tsf orally twice for 1 month .
pay attention to proper diet also.
