Im a 300lbs man that is trying to lose it down to at least 200lbs, I've noticed that if I'm bored or really hungry I will grab the nearest easiest thing to eat. I walk alot and I only seem hungry towards the end of the day. I also crave junk food alot. I cant seem to get an edge on loosing weight, I know I need to give up the junk and soda but how can I control my cravings?
