Hello,

Lack of facial hair is one sign of sexual (male) immaturity. There are others:

-being short
-no or little hair in armpits and groin
-small penis
-small or absent testes

There are numerous causes of the sexual immaturity of the male. In order for you to be given the correct treatment that will allow you to grow facial hair, the cause must be determined.

The kind of doctor who specializes in this field of medicine is an endocrinologist. An endocrinologist can be found at a University Medical School Hospital.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Arnold Zedd, Pediatrician
