Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

First I need to know where is localized your staph infection. Based on your data, having 2 weeks with fever, I think that you need to hospitalized and should do some lab examination like full blood count, blood culture, urine test,C reactive protein, fibrinogen, abdominal and heart ultrasound, pulmonary X-ray, and objective examination by an ID specialist in order to define better the diagnosis and to start a proper medication.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
