How Can High Fever In An Infant Be Treated?

Hi, My child is 15 months old weighing 12kg. He has high fever from past 6 days (100 - 102.5) which gets subdued after mediation. His pediatrician has prescribed Taxim o for a week 3.5 ml twice a day and Paracetamol 250 mg - 3 ml every 6-8 hrs. our worry is after 6 day medication his fever doesn t seem to be going and need medication to control his fever. What should be our next step... Looking forward to your suggestions
