How Can High Fever Along With Chills And Diarrhea Be Treated?

I have a high fever of 105F i have fever chills but i am unable to sweat eating and drinking less extreme muscle fatigue Diarrhea that is super watery and i go every 20-30 minutes and gut craps. i have had this for two days now about to go get meds for it but i do not have health care right now.

Hello,

It is possible that you may be suffering from acute gastroenteritis or bacillary or amoebic dysentery.

It may also be seen in immunosuppressed patients or retroviral diseases or chronic malignancy etc.

Please get it done stool examination and stool culture. Complete blood count, serum electrolytes, blood urea, set creatinine.

Drink plenty of liquids, if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
