Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take antihypertensive drugs before surgery and evening dose may depend on if taking medicine orally is permitted or not.

If not permitted, need IV anti-hypertensive drug like Nitroprusside or Nicardipin or Nitroglycerine or Labetlol. Dizziness may be due to sinusitis with vestibulitis neuronitis or BPPV.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is.

If your blood pressure is not under control then need to postpone surgery because chances of high bleeding.

So, please consult your physician who will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
