How Can High BP After A Stroke Be Treated?

My wife had a stroke a year ago and she is now home but her blood press seems a little low she is taking high blood presseds and narco 10 mil vit b and she injects humalog insilon for diabetis at what # s should we take her to the ER as far as low blood press goes

Hello,

She has known the case of diabetes and hypertension, you have to give medications and insulin properly as advised by the consultant. Along with that do a regular blood sugar check-up. You should concern with the emergency room during her uncontrolled high blood pressure above 160/100 mm of hg or low blood pressure below 90/60 mm of hg and uncontrolled sugar levels as well as any symptoms like breathless, weakness in limbs. At that time, you can give tablet Stamlo and do physician consultation, providing that you don’t have any drug allergy. Still, you have o do regular follow up with physician as advised.
