I hear the is a new med for hepetis c can you tell what it is and our doctor told my husband he had had it He told us of a clinic in our area what do these clinics do my husband and I have been together for 35 years can I have I cant get test by our gp until January

Diagnosis is by blood testing to look for either antibodies to the virus or its RNA.

Treatment will depend on the genotype.
