I have been tested positive for HBsAg by Elisa method whoose report indicate a value of 11.2 about 4 days ago

You can do blood work, check liver function tests, full hep b panel, also check for Hep C, but most Hep b resolves on its own, so for now continue to monitor. After six month you will know whether you have chronic hep b or not.
